GenRankEngine is designed to expose revenue-impacting visibility gaps in AI answers.

We operate on a strict utility basis: if our platform fails to provide defensible, directional signals regarding your competitive displacement, you should not pay for it.

30-Day Refund Window

If the data provided does not justify the cost within the first 30 days of your subscription, we issue a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

We process full refunds if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of initial purchase.
  • The service experienced critical unavailability or API failure.
  • Billing errors occurred (duplicate charges).
Legacy Pricing Retention

Accounts created during the beta period retain their original rate structure. If you cancel and reactivate within 90 days, your legacy pricing tier is preserved.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees for periods already consumed (post-30 days).
  • Enterprise API credits that have been utilized.

Requesting a Refund

  • Account email address
  • Transaction ID (optional)
  • Usage context (why the data wasn't actionable)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
